Rides I’ve been on – on my own, with others, test-riding new bikes, trying new things
We’ve been thinking about making a new video for some months now, so when a local drone videographer approached us about collaborating on one, we decided it was finally time. Now that the filming and editing are done, we can say that we’re really happy with the result, and we hope you’ll like it […]
We’ll be releasing our new video on Monday, November 23rd! Check it out!
Last week, Jeff and I (Brendon) got out for a ride in the woods here in Southern Oregon.
We wanted to go out and ride two very different Jones bikes, and see how they handled on the same terrain: I rode the new thru-axle titanium Spaceframe, and Jeff rode the new brown Plus bike.
Coming from […]
First, for introductions: my name is Brendon, and since I started working at Jones Bikes, I’ve been wearing many hats, so there’s a good chance that if you’ve ordered anything from us in the last months, I’ve had some role in it. Mostly I build bikes and wheels, and work on the website; but […]
We took out a Jones Plus for its first ride to break it in. We also had a new Jones 29 titanium Spaceframe bike (with thru-axles) that had already been ridden a few times. We traded the bikes several times to compare. 29er vs 29 Plus. Both win.

Firstly a mention on Dirty Pages. If […]
I got a letter from Mark in the UK recently…
I just wanted to let you know that about a month ago I bought a set of Jones H-bars for my single speed (Pivot Les) to race at the World 24hr solo mountain bike champs in Scotland last weekend. The bars were amazing, so so […]
Stuart, in England took his Jones for a bike ride. He was kind enough to write to me about it — with pics!
Please find attached a few photos from my recent trip from London, England to Newquay in the South West of England. It’s not as epic as some of the journeys included in […]
We got a new van for Jones Bikes! It has low miles and it’s in great shape. It was owned by a volunteer fire department in Germany. The van was imported by a local guy. The lights and siren work but I don’t think the police will take too kindly to me using them – […]
Four Joneses off down a trail (I posted this on Facebook but it makes sense to have it here on my blog too).
