My winter solstice ride/push. I rode a singlespeed with the big Bud front tire.
It was a good ride/hike. Quite  a lot of snow in the mountains now…











After climbing the road and going around my loop until there were no more tracks to ride in the snow, I pushed and walked for a few miles until I connected with other moto tracks and then made my way home.








This ride normally takes me about 1.5-2 hours. This time it took about 6. I came across a man with his small truck, trailer and quad moto far out on the trail all snowed in. He has been camping/living out there for a while. He says that the sheriff doesn’t come that far out into the deep snow. He can sleep in peace way out there.











It was a great ride. My legs are sore.
