Builds that just left the stand

As usual, more builds means less time to talk about them, but there have been a lot of great builds happening lately!  We’ve also been wanting to make purchasing a complete bike easier, and because we have a few builds that Jeff recommends most of the time because he knows that they work really well, we decided to offer those, with some common options available to personalize the bike more, in our store.  We hope this will help you get a feel for how the pricing works out, and also just for the way we recommend building our bikes if decide to just get a frameset!

For now, let’s see some bikes!

Chad’s 25″ Jones Plus 148 TA is a great example of one of Jeff’s favorite builds: Full Shimano XT 2×11, XT Hydraulic brakes, with Maxxis Chronicle tires.

We hear this sort of thing a lot, and it’s nice to know that there are so many happy riders out there on their Jones Bikes!

Peter’s bike is built for all-terrain touring in all conditions, and it’s a special rig: Shimano 2×11 drivetrain, Paul Klamper cable-actuated brakes, Jones C-Rims, Schmidt SON dynamo hub, Edelux light, and Old Man Mountain Pioneer rack are just some of the highlights. The Vee Tire Bulldozer 29×3.25″ tires will keep him rolling over in any terrain too!
