Introducing the new titanium Jones Plus SWB Spaceframe, Diamond frame and Truss forks!

These new framesets have the same geometry, fit and parts compatibility as the steel Jones Plus SWB framesets and the award winning Plus SWB complete bikes, but these are made from titanium so they are lighter, have a nice spring to the ride, they don’t need paint and look great without it.

Beautifully hand TIG welded, 3AL-2.5V Titanium tubing, heat treated
Jones Eccentric Bottom Bracket (EBB) and fully replaceable stainless steel hardware, 68 mm BSA/English threaded
Jones TA / thru axle bolts front and rear, simple, reliable, light, and low-profile
Frame designed for 27.5″ x 2.8-3″ or 29″ x 2.3-2.6″ tires, with big clearance. Will fit up to 27.5″ x 3.25″ with less clearance
Compatible with single or double chainring crank sets
Ample chainring / stay clearance for up to a 38 tooth boost chainring
Standard 148 mm x 12 mm thru-axle “Boost” rear hub spacing

See how the steel and titanium Plus SWB have the same geometry and fit. The titanium bike above is built up with 29″ x 2.35″ tires, the steel bike with 27.5″ x 3″. Both are size medium.

The Spaceframe has more standover clearance and extra vertical compliance, while the Diamond frame weighs less and has more framepack capacity. Both are size medium.

Above you can see that the Plus LWB and SWB have the same fit but the wheelbase and wheel size is different.

All sizes of the Jones Plus SWB frames have a 69° head tube angle and a 72° effective seat tube angle

Chainstays are 17.68″ / 449 mm from bb center to axle center

In the video below I am talking about and riding an older Jones titanium Spaceframe 29″ bike that has less tire clearance and a wheelbase that is about 22 mm shorter than the newer Plus SWB (short wheelbase) framesets above.
