The fat tire bike is finished and I’ve been riding. This bike is a lot of fun. The traction and cushioning from the big tires really makes new types of riding possible.
I have plans on a production version of this and I’m working towards that now. It will probably be available in steel or titanium.

It has a 2-piece crank with a pressed in spindle.
The BB width is 100mm.
Is the rear wheel larger than the front one?
I like it too! I was waiting to see this after you said “I have something in the works…” on the Marin Demo Day last Fall. Any Spaceframe design plans? How do you feel the rolling resistance is on this compared to a pair of 29″ WW 2.55 tires (for example). I’ve always thought a Pug would be fun, but seemed to be a bit heavy. This looks nice.
The tires are the same but the rear rim is wider. It makes the tire wider.
That is one bad ass looking front chain guide thingy.
